Cancellation Timeframe
Guests are entitled to a full refund for cancellations made no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the experience. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we are committed to offering flexibility within this timeframe.
Please note that any taxes or administrative fees applied at the time of payment are non-refundable.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled experience are not eligible for a refund. At that stage, operational resources and personnel have already been allocated to your reservation. We appreciate your understanding.
Modifications to Reservations
Changes to reservations – including the number of participants, date, or any other detail – cannot be accommodated within 48 hours of the experience. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard of service for all guests.
In the event that a booking is cancelled for the purpose of rescheduling, no additional fee is applied; however, the new reservation is subject to availability. If the requested new date or tour is not available, the cancellation terms based on the original time of cancellation shall apply.
No-show Policy
Failure to appear at the agreed meeting point without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Guests are strongly encouraged to inform us of any last-minute changes to avoid inconvenience.
Weather Conditions
In rare cases of extreme weather conditions or events beyond our control, INV SANTORINI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the experience in the interest of guest safety. Should such a cancellation occur, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability.
