Cancellation Timeframe
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours* before the scheduled start time of your experience. We value your time and understanding that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and thus we offer this window for cancellations with a full refund.
Late Cancellations
Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours* before the scheduled start time of the experience will not be eligible for a refund. We kindly ask for your understanding as our team and resources are committed in preparation for your scheduled experience.
Changes to Reservations
Changes to reservations made less than 48 hours* before the scheduled start time will not be accepted. This includes changes to the number of participants, date, or any other details pertaining to the experience. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we strive to ensure the best experience for all our guests.
If the cancellation is made for changing the day of the reservation, no extra fee is applied but the new reservation is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the new date or tour then the cancellation terms concerning the time factor are applied.
No-show Policy
In the event of a no-show, where guests fail to arrive for their scheduled experience without prior notice or cancellation, no refunds will be issued. We urge guests to inform us of any changes to their plans to avoid inconveniences.
Weather Conditions
In the rare event of extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, INV Santorini reserves the right to cancel or reschedule experiences for the safety and enjoyment of our guests. In such cases, guests will be offered the option of rescheduling their experience or receiving a full refund.
